I have had the opportunity to watch Robbie Bach lead the Boys & Girls’ Club organization as board chairman. Under his watch, we developed and executed a world-class CEO succession, transitioned to a new brand building program and weathered the storms of an economic downturn and the impact of Hurricane Katrina on our Gulf Coast clubs. Through it all, Robbie had a ready smile, a word of encouragement and an intense focus on the mission of helping enable all young people…reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
Thomas J. Falk
Chairman & CEO, Kimberly-Clark Corporation
Robbie is extremely intelligent, practical, and humble. First and foremost, however, he is a values-based leader who consistently sharpens our focus on the mission and our principles. He is able to frame complex questions in simple ways that streamline our decision making. The US Olympic Movement is stronger today because of him.

CEO, United States Olympic Committee
I worked with Robbie for over 20 years at Microsoft. Robbie is a thoughtful and charismatic leader. He is insightful on business matters and supremely trusted by his peers, subordinates, and partners. Robbie grew the Microsoft Xbox business from nothing to a significant and profitable contributor to Microsoft. He knows how to drive and to maneuver across an organization.

Robbie Bach is an outstanding leader in every aspect of the word. His depth of knowledge in building high performing teams and aligning groups to mission and goals is exceptional. Breaking down complex issues into manageable actions that a team can execute is his trademark. Robbie’s “game changing” mindset drives individuals to think and act differently while building better solutions and performance.
James L. Clark
President & CEO, Boys & Girls Club of America
Robbie is one of the few individuals I know who combines a high level of intelligence with a straightforward way of communicating his thoughts. As a business unit leader, I watched him turn a vision into a market leader in the category. As a competitor, he was fierce and unrelenting. As chairman of our trade association, he used his direct but disarming style to forge consensus in a room filled with ego and competition. Robbie’s ability to formulate a strategy, communicate it to employees and partners clearly and concisely, and then lead his team to execute effectively, is a rare combination of talents.

Former Chairman and CEO, THQ Inc.

Robbie Bach brings top of class intellect, compassion and a winning spirit to building better teams, products and business results each and every day. I personally enjoyed working for Robbie and look forward to the next chapter he creates inside of broader social frames that extend beyond business. I would recommend Robbie in any role to any team.

Robbie has lead successful teams that engaged the world in cutting edge technology at the same time as he reached out to competitors, critics, and parents groups to build support for the shared path to responsibly marketing and offering the full breadth of entertainment in today’s near-$100 billion video game universe.
