Perhaps it goes without saying that we are in the midst of a period of dramatic change, and indeed social conflict. I don’t mean this as a political statement nor to express a point of view in a debate. Instead, it’s a reflection of our current reality that must be evaluated if we hope to have meaningful social impact in today’s environment. Perhaps like Michael Phelps during Shark Week, we all have to figure out how to navigate in shark-filled waters.
